Diva Ravi Group: In collaboration with SIP Industries to produce Ductile Iron and Cast Iron castings through both green sand and no bake process with in house CNC machining capability.
Located in Jaugram, on Durgapur Expressway, an hour’s drive from Kolkata (India) and spread over 8 acres of land, having an installed capacity of 15000 MT per annum with induction furnace melting and coupla melting. Molding process includes jolt squeeze molding, hand molding and articulated no bake molding. It can produce castings as per various international specifications including AWWA, ASTM, DIN, & BS.
In our quest for growth and surpassing our own milestones, we are embarking on another journey which will encompass a project involving installation of HIGH PRESSURE MOLDING LINE. This will further augment our capacity by another 10000 MT per annum.

Ltd.:Established first in 1992 and Located in industrial township of Howrah, near the metropolitan city of Kolkata (India), Vinayak Founders Pvt Ltd produces different grades of Grey cast iron castings. With an installed capacity of 5000 MT per year, VFPL supplies castings to Indian Railways, tea plantations machineries, sanitary castings including manhole covers, gear body manufacturers, and other general engineering castings as per the customer’s specifications and requirements. Castings weighing less than one kg up to 5000 kgs single piece can be casted at this unit.
